I recently purchased an item from this store, and unfortunately, the delivery process was quite disappointing. The delivery was scheduled for a specific day, but it took all day without any contact from the delivery team. This left us feeling frustrated and uninformed about the status of our order. It would be greatly appreciated if the store could improve their delivery service to avoid such inconveniences in the future. We hope to receive a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Contacted the driver and he stopped answering they ruined 3 days out of 5 days vacation time. I would give no stars at all if I have the option.

Ikea employees gave out my personal information to another customer after sending other customers products home with me. It’s disrespectful and pathetic as a business. After contacting customer service for an explanation, no response, 3 months waiting. Do NOT give them your phone number or address, as they willingly give that out to other customers.

They have a good customer service , I bought some items at the store one of the them had a defects ,I called it was taking care within 3 businesses day.

They promise you 2-3 day delivery! Don’t fall for it! I was suppose to get a delivery on a Tuesday no one even reached out to say the delivery isn’t coming . I been calling for 5 days and I get the same answer “ someone is going to call you back” no one has called me yet 6 days later and no one has an update on my delivery.

1. NEVER EVER PAY FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. The delivery will short you on items and no explanation will be given or refunded, you have to call and wait a week for a clear response. I don't have one yet. 2. THE INSTALLATION IS A JOKE... They contract a third party and they will set up days that are not feasible for them and reschedule without ever speaking to you, you end up spending idle days waiting for someone that already said I can't do it that day, and you will find out about this days after as you complain to cust. service. 3. Do yourself a favor buy whatever they have available there or just don't go there, don't let them ship stuff to your house, there are many small stores around with great service and control over their staff. Sadly can't do 0 stars
