This imaging center is very good. Excellent customer service. The staff is very respectful, responsible, and efficient. They overcharged me by mistake and called me to cancel the transaction. There are still honest people in the world; highly recommended.

Hello, I was disappointed because Google Maps says your hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. Yesterday, I sent my sister for a CT scan of her mouth, and the doctor told us to go there. The problem is, we arrived at 4 pm and you were already closed. You need to be consistent between what you say and what you do. If you post your hours here, you should stick to them. I don't doubt you do good work, but you need to be more specific about your hours. Even though the doctor referred us to you, I'll be forced to have my sister get the procedure done somewhere else. Imagine!

If you want to get photos of your teeth taken, DO NOT go to @imagenesdigitalesrd. I spent two days talking to them about what my insurance covers, and after taking time off work, wasting my gas and time... they told me it wasn't covered, even though they already had my prescription and my insurance details, which, according to the list THEY THEMSELVES sent me, WERE COVERED. I had to contact my orthodontist twice because they asked me to change the prescription and add more information so that my insurance would cover it, and even then, when I got to the Alma Rosa branch, they wouldn't help me, telling me that my insurance didn't cover anything. I sent the prescription via WhatsApp, and they didn't tell me to bring a physical copy, but the woman there asked for it as soon as I arrived. Clearly, there's a communication problem. The woman who helped me today, April 1st, 2022, didn't even apologize or try to find a solution. Abusive and deceitful, they should have been clear from the start to avoid wasting customers' time. This is unacceptable. If they had been upfront from the beginning and told me that nothing was covered, instead of telling me that their center WAS covered, I could have decided which center to go to and prepared to pay the cost. In conclusion, terrible service; you don't deceive customers.

Excellent and very fast service; even though it was busy, it flowed very smoothly.
