They're good, there's just one small thing I didn't like. I had something printed and it was a disaster. They don't check at all if everything is okay. I'm not saying they have to do the work you send, but they should at least have the decency to look at it. For example, my printout—the conclusion and bibliography of a school assignment—was one part of the page at the beginning and the other at the end, and the index was all jumbled up. I sent it and said, "Look, this looks bad," and they printed it again. It was awful, and on top of that, they charged me again. They do photo printing and have everything, and the girl is fast, but seriously, when it comes to that, I think it's really bad. Oh, and they have good prices.

Excellent service in the bookstore. They are willing and patient to help the children who come in daily to print or ask for information. Photocopying, printing, and internet access are available.

We hope the service at the printing place is different. The service at the store is poor, the way they talk to people or even students trying to get their service is extremely bad . We definitely hope you can reconsider your staff at the store.
