Those who are doing a bad job attending to customers because they are tired or any excuse will be kept in mind (English/Spanish).

I was robbed at this place. The owners' service is excellent, but there are some bad apples among their staff. They stole a small piece of glass from the inside of my car door, as well as another piece from the trunk. They used low-quality parts, and the workmanship was nowhere near what is supposed to be one of the best auto body shops in Santiago.

The customer service is awful; they're very arrogant, and even though we had scheduled an appointment to work on my vehicle, they took on more work at the same time and told me to bring it back four days later. I complained, and the manager told me, "Who am I to give orders in your business?"
