I agree that there are many here who have no empathy for anyone and speak very rudely to you. I imagine the director should be more attentive to the complaints. Even some of the orderlies speak rudely to the patients.

It's shameful and disgraceful to see such a lack of attention and a complete lack of desire to serve and help the people who seek their services. God forbid that when you or a family member need help, you encounter people of your own ilk, with no interest or decency in doing your job.
