Pretty big and you find here more professional equipment. There’s so many staff that you don’t need to look for them if you have a question. The attention is fast and good. Prices are reasonable. They also have Banco BHD, Banco del Progreso ATM.

I passed by during quarantine times. The good: big hardware store several self import products, good variety knowledge employees. Great to avoid long They were following social distance rule and controlling the amount of customers inside the store. Short and fast line to get in. The bad: not friendly and slow service. Not very good logistics to organize customer to get to pay. A cashier was about to have lunch time, she cut off the service and 4 customers in line were not informed. It took to call the manager to get an immediate solution, but not by root cause. Some other day, let's see if they get better.

The service at Innova centro is good once you receive it, Some products are top of the line, but you get what you pay for, prices are ok. They have a repair shop next to it, the girls on the front desk are awesome but I cant say the same for the manager.

Dominican versión of Home Depot. Excellent. Prices are amazingly low. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable.
