Amazing store! Very organized, with a wide variety of quality products and fair prices. The staff is helpful, patient, and always willing to assist. I had a great shopping experience and highly recommend this place.

Good selection. But they have to training the staff more. I have a issue with the doorman about an item shows another bar code in receipt, even register scan the item and I pay the price show up. The hold me for almost 10 minutes until the found out they problem and not before I have to address the manager to solve the situation. I was so upset.

Prices are not bad, would not say they are the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive either. The people that work there are helpful and they store has a few options. This week I have had to go to the hardware store 3 times and 2 of those times they have had what I was looking for, one of those times they did not have exactly what I wanted but it was close enough.

It is a good hardware store. It loses points because the employees are always trying to find their extra tip by aways offering you their services when their shift works. I wouldn't mind this normally, but at times it feels like the same intensity of someone who sells Amway

INNOVA CENTRO may not the largest hardware store in the country, but it is staffed with the best team members always willing to assist. Don't get me wrong this is a very large hardware store offering hardware, housewares, appliances, paint, gardening supplies and more. Lots of secure parking. One comment, their online shopping experience has some ways to go. I love this hardware store. Keep hiring these great staff members, it truly sets INNOVA CENTRO apart from the competition.
