There are many things to like about this store. The selection and quality of products, plenty of parking, spacious, well organized and clean. The biggest negatives are installation and customer service. They advertise installation and provide a number to call to arrange it. I bought a calentador largely because they offered installation, except they never connect you with someone who can perform the installation. Two entirely different people tried it many times for over a week. I personally believe that the service doesn't actually exist. The in-store staff is often inaccesible and others don't have even basic knowledge of the products. No one there seems really focused on customer service. Whatever they are doing mostly seems far more important than a customer needing help. I'll probably continue shopping there, but I'll probably never buy anything requiring installation or advice. Unless you accept that, I don't recommend it.

Has many items on display that are not in stock. Looks good, but very disappointing. And... you can't buy the floor model. 6V batteries are much less expensive at PriceSmart. But, they have some things you can't easily find at other places, like pellets for a smoker. I will still return, but...

Good variety of articles, good parking space, but get someone to take Care of your needs in the different departments are terrible, sometime you see three assosciates toghether and when you ask for help they are from others áreas and can't help you, ver y por on client service.

They have everything including awesome service.

I found what I was looking for, the place is full of merchandise
