Super
I don't recommend them, even though it's the only store in the Dominican Republic. They're very demanding when it comes to acquiring a new knee, having a socket, pylon, or components for a prosthesis made 🦿, always requiring medical insurance—a poor ethical practice for a medical company. That's why I've had to travel to Venezuela to buy those accessories and order them through Amazon.
Good service. And for those wondering if they accept Senasa insurance (the government or subsidized one), yes, they do, and it generally covers 100% of the required treatments (you must have a prescription for what's needed, a medical history, and apply to the insurance company). They are reliable and very professional as of my comment date, April 7, 2025.
Excellent service. We bought a scoliosis brace. At first, I was annoyed that they required 100% payment upfront and that they would only let me know when they could schedule an appointment once they had the money. But then they were very helpful throughout the entire process.
They have excellent service, a suitable place for its function, and very good staff.
