The facilities and all the reception staff are quite good, but my complaint is with the staff who perform echocardiograms and Holter monitors. It's unacceptable that they make such a long process to deliver results, and then when you go to pick them up, they still might not have them ready. If you're going to have to do that much hassle, you might as well go to a hospital. And secondly, they scare patients while performing the echocardiograms without knowing their condition or past treatment.
