The service is terrible. They should be more considerate of the elderly. We waited for five hours. My grandmother is 89 years old, and we arrived at 8:20 a.m. It was 1:13 p.m., and they still hadn't seen us. They need to improve their services or hire more staff; it's not about quantity, it's about quality. In the end, if people receive bad service, that's what they take away, and they won't come back. I certainly won't. I was planning to come with my niece, who has microphthalmia. This is the first impression I've had, and it was the worst impression of my entire life. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it. Thank you.
They don't respect people's time; they give you an appointment for 10:39 am and it's 12:30 pm and the doctor still hasn't arrived at the center. You complain to customer service and they get annoyed; they don't know the difference between service and customer service.
Well, I would say it's excellent because I went with my wife with a glaucoma diagnosis that my wife had received at other centers, and at the institute they cleared up our doubts; she doesn't have glaucoma. We felt immense relief.
Terrible service. The secretaries are rude to patients, especially when you order glasses. They give you a timeframe, but when you call, they don't answer. I ordered glasses over 15 days ago and haven't received any response. Today, after 72 calls, they finally answered, then transferred me. No one answered, and when I called again, they hung up. This is unacceptable, especially for international patients.
It's a total waste of time and bad organization; they make you an appointment, they make you arrive an hour early, and they attend to you 3 hours after your appointment.
