Good local Ianguage institute For learning ENGLISH
I had an excellent experience studying at this English institute. The teachers are very professional, patient, and always willing to help. The classes are well-structured and focused on real-life communication, which greatly improved my confidence in speaking English. I highly recommend it.
My experience at the Madison Language Institute has been very disappointing due to several key aspects that fail to provide a quality education and adequate service to its students. Unexpected group closures: On several occasions, the institute has closed groups without prior notice or apparent justification. This lack of communication directly affects students, creating constant uncertainty about the continuity of their courses. It is extremely frustrating to enroll and make plans around a course that can be arbitrarily canceled. Lack of structured planning: The organization and planning of classes leaves much to be desired. Schedules change frequently, and there is no clear calendar. This inconsistency in scheduling makes it difficult for students to plan their studies and achieve their learning objectives effectively. Ineffective customer service: Customer service is another problematic area. Student inquiries and complaints are answered late and ineffectively. It seems the institute lacks a clear protocol for addressing and resolving problems that arise, which increases student frustration. Insufficient Educational Materials and Resources: The study materials and resources available to students are limited and often outdated. In a world where language teaching is rapidly evolving, it is essential to have modern and effective learning tools. Lack of Academic Support: Students do not receive sufficient academic support. Teachers appear to be overworked and are not always available for consultations outside of class hours, which is crucial for language learning. In conclusion, the Madison Language Institute needs significant reform in its planning and communication policies, as well as an improvement in the quality of its resources and customer service. These changes are essential to ensure that students receive the education and support they have paid for.
Do not send your children alone on the first day of school. If for some reason they do not hear their name called when you take them to the classroom, they will sit quietly in the yard. Apparently, it is normal to see children sitting outside the classroom for almost two hours.
It was great! It was super!
