Schedules change frequently, and there is no clear calendar. This inconsistency in scheduling makes it difficult for students to plan their studies and achieve their learning objectives effectively. Ineffective customer service: Customer service is another problematic area. Student inquiries and complaints are answered late and ineffectively. It seems the institute lacks a clear protocol for addressing and resolving problems that arise, which increases student frustration. Insufficient Educational Materials and Resources: The study materials and resources available to students are limited and often outdated.
