The marked negligence and lack of responsibility shown by the Agrarian Institute regarding certifications requested in September and October of 2025, which have yet to receive any response, is deeply concerning. This unjustified delay not only reflects administrative inefficiency but also a lack of respect for citizens who depend on these documents to fulfill legal procedures and formal obligations. What is happening with internal management that is preventing timely responses? Public administration should be governed by principles of efficiency, transparency, and accountability, not by silence and procrastination.
Es mi primera vez vine con mi mente preparada para durar tres horas o más pues todo lo público en este país es así, mi cita era para la tarde y me la cambiaron bueno creo que es algo bueno. Lo malo en cierto caso es el tiempo de espera.
I had a terrible experience. I went for a trichology appointment because my hair is falling out, but first I had to see a dermatologist, who would refer me to a trichologist. After waiting at least two hours for my turn, the doctor who saw me in office 2 only saw me for about four minutes. She was incredibly rushed and very unprofessional. She took a call right in front of me, saying she was desperate to leave. She was also with her grandson/son, a child around 10 years old, who kept interrupting the appointment. The worst part is that I just realized she didn't stamp any of the documents she gave me. I hope I never have to go back. I forgot to mention that my trichology appointment was scheduled for October, and I went at the beginning of August.
