The worst health institute I've ever visited. They started holding a mass instead of attending to patients. My partner had gone two days without eating to get some tests done here, and instead of treating him, they started praying. I find everything they do disrespectful, from the customer service to the overall experience. I absolutely do not recommend going to this place.

The staff is very efficient, excellent service from everyone, but there's a problem: why do they set a time for procedures, appointments, and so on, if in the end one is going to end up spending the whole day there? It's not possible that to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy procedure, with a two-day preparation period and literally the third day also counts, because they tell you it's at 9 am and you're still waiting at 12 pm.
