Very clean,hospital very friendly staff. They came to clean the room twice in the 5 hours I was visiting. Great café on the first floor. Too bad the TV didn't work in the room and no Wi-Fi, but the cleanliness is by far the most important issue in a hospital. 5 stars!!!

After surgery patient needs to wait to be transfer to the post-anesthesia care unit, (recovery room) which NO ROOMS were available. How is that even possible?. Too many surgeries schedule the same day? Hospital needs more improvement when it comes to patient recovery, and work on scheduling surgery with rooms available. It's not fair for my mom to be waiting for 4 hours to have a room available to recover and see her family. SMH

My girlfriend was 23 weeks pregnant, we lost our baby last Thursday, she texted her primary doctor Ramón Espinal about the bleeding around 5 pm, he told her to go to the emergency room asap, she went there they told her everything is okay, gave her a prescription and sent her back home, after she got home the bleeding became more and severe pain. She went back again to the emergency room, they did even care about her feelings, she had contractions, more blood , they were ignoring her. Around 3 am we lost our baby, very unprofessional .she spent more than 12 hrs over there, she never get a room for recovery and we pay for everything , is it because she is Haitian?

I was pregnant and came here with my husband for a routine checkup since I was away from my doctor. They have room for improvement. You have to pay BEFORE in order to get lab work and other studies done. There’s usually two-three tellers there, it’s a long wait wether you have insurance or not. BRING CASH! Take a cab there because parking is non existent. there is a cafeteria that has good food and a good price. Definitely expect to be here all day. Also I had to go back to pick up the results and then meet with the doctor again so he can review them.

its sad , that an emergency room will deny care to a new born baby , because they didn't have health insurance. They wanted a deposit of 5k in peso , or else my son wasn't going to get checked out. if a shame that money is more important than a kids life. place is dirty , and honestly nurse need more training! keep up the bad work.
