I'm a patient in this hospital. I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma NS and I started the treatment in this hospital. The treatment was the gold standard: ABVD for a period of 6 months in 2016. I had to attend this hospital every 2 weeks, sometimes every 1 week. • The hospital is clean in comparison to other hospitals. Similar to a private clinic. Recently, I have noticed some restrooms are not clean as before. Not sure what's happening. • The doctors are well-known professional. You can Google them and see some of them appearing in news, or in public talks. My doctor works in the morning at this hospital and during the afternoon in a high-class private clinic. I have been attended in both places, and I didn't perceived any difference on how she treated me. • During the chemo session, the beds are comfy. The nurses are always monitoring me, and they provide sheets and pillows. I'm always accompanied by someone else and they also give him/her a sheet. • The air conditioner is usually too cold. You will need to come with extra clothes. As I have heard, looks like someone with authority has decided that low temperature to avoid infections. Believe, it is too cold. • You can get an appointment with a specialist to be scheduled in the next 2 days. That's fantastic, in other hospitals, you may have to wait months. • Recently, one of the chemo components: Vinblastine is out-of-stock. I discovered that there's no Vinblastine in the whole country. Can't blame the hospital, but at least I got it replaced with Vincristine. Which is an alternative suggested by the doctors. That's good point, because the find a way to help the patient instead of discarding them. Overall I give 5-stars in comparison with other hospital and with the treatment I have received so far. I could change the rating to 4-stars if the issue with the restrooms don't get fixed.

The two receptionists are rude. Why do you have two such uneducated women working Saturday and Sunday? If I leave after 5 pm, there's no one to give me my ID. That reception area is a disaster. Replace those two!

I first visited this place on December 19, 2023. My mother was admitted to this center for leukemia. Few of the staff members are empathetic; you ask for help for your loved one, and that's when they remember, especially the staff who work the overnight shifts. The visiting rules are extremely strict, so much so that on the day my mother passed away, security wouldn't let me into the center, and I spent three or four consecutive nights there. Good luck to everyone fighting the battle with cancer. ✨🕊️
