Went in to purchase a cone collar for my dog, did not bring the dog with me, but told the person helping, the size and pounds of the dog to see what will fit better, could not give a good guidance nor the person that looked like vet tech either, they said "well... I can give an opinion about it" you have to pick the one you think fits best or bring the dog, dont they accept exchanges if it does not work? Cant they know their products? Jezzzzz
