AVOID Very simple 3 months they had 7 boxes to ship overseas, yes 3 months Everytime cameback with oh we can't do that We need this. Always a no on anything discussed. Or yes you know what's coming More money! My weight of my boxes gained wait to there depot Then it's now volume we need much more money All my years moving . These are by far the worst company I've used worldwide. AVOID

I would never use this service again and thankfully I won't have to. I was moving in mid June 2017 and got a quotation in late March 2017. Then 2 weeks before we were scheduled to leave they contacted me to tell me that they were raising the price on my quotation because of airline fees etc etc. The increase was a 35% increase! I went back and forth with management about how it was good business to honor the original quotation that they gave me and that changing things 2 weeks before I was to leave was not cool. They did nothing for me except to suggest that I could send fewer things to reduce the price! They did not honor their original quotation. When they came to pack my place on a Saturday, the movers were professional and I have no complaints about them. I was told that I would have a final real price on Monday. I didn't hear back from the company until Wednesday even though I sent emails to them asking for them to answer me. When they finally gave me the real quotation, it was 115% higher than the original quotation (not the new airline fee included quotation). With the updated airline fee quotation it was 59% higher. So I guess their assessor undervalues prices so that you go with them and then when they actually have all your stuff they give you a much higher quotation and they have your stuff so what can you do. When I finally got my stuff at the final destination and it was unpacked in all of the commotion I didn't realize that they had cracked my son's guitar. I would never use this service again because I don't feel that they run a business honorably. And in business your word is everything.

If you want to export or import your move to whatever country, this is your best choice!

In Santo Domingo, the best option for those of us moving to the country is their high level of professionalism, but above all, their service and attention are very friendly. They make this transition much easier. Many thanks to Mr. Domingo and his team.

Be very careful with this company! Our experience was a complete disaster: they charged us far more than agreed upon, took six months to deliver our belongings, and to this day, they haven't taken any responsibility. The initial quote was $4,500 USD, but once we were already in another country, they demanded $13,000 USD, claiming we had shipped more items than allowed. This was completely unfair, since we had previously asked the staff who were going to take our things how much would fit in the shipment, and they told us there was no problem with the volume, that the container was empty, and we could send as much as we wanted. Because of this arbitrary change, they forced us to throw away more than half of our belongings, pay for repacking that they themselves caused, and still end up paying almost $8,000 USD to have what was left shipped. When our belongings finally arrived in Dubai, they were left unattended at the shipping company, forcing us to pay an additional $500 USD to release them. To make matters worse, a box containing valuables was missing. Their only response was that they "didn't know," that they had loaded everything but couldn't do anything about it. They also didn't respond when we asked them to cover the customs fees. For weeks they didn't answer emails or calls, to the point where we began to fear we had been robbed.
