A terrible experience. A word of warning: don't reserve a vehicle by paying a deposit. If you cancel for reasons that aren't your fault, they'll make it incredibly difficult to get your money back. In my case, they were selling me a car that was broken down and they were going to repair it. I reserved it so they would deliver it to me once it was fixed, but I ended up going to the dealership three times. They told me to come, but it was just so I could see the vehicle. They always had some excuse to delay delivery and repairs. This whole process of leaving me in the lurch and wasting my time and money lasted 30 days or more. They held onto my money, and I couldn't buy another car. My advice: LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS. IT'S NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY FROM HERE!!! Heads up! 👀 Below, they replied to my comment saying the car didn't have any problems and that I didn't have the full amount (I did have all the money 😒). We all know they only say that to sell to future buyers. What good would it do me to say something was wrong with it when it was fine? Just don't fall for that place. Save yourself the hassle of being at the mechanic, the stress, and losing a lot of money 😐. I reserved the car because the day I went to pick it up, it wouldn't start, and they made me an offer, which I accepted. But that was a huge mistake. From then on, they made me go to the dealership sometimes just to see it 😒. I live 3 hours away, and they made me go there about 4 times.
Reliability, quality, and a guarantee. Highly recommended!
They never answer the phone
What you see is what you get: good treatment from the seller, good negotiation from the owner, and good service overall. Regarding customer service, I think it could be improved—a coffee station, a waiting area, or an office with a waiting space would be ideal, so everyone wouldn't be crowded together, those waiting and those currently negotiating. The reception for the appraisers was standard; they seem confident in what they're selling or everything is in order, meaning no manipulation of metrics or parameters. The information provided matched what was found online, and the vehicle details were consistent with what was indicated, evaluated, and listed online. Overall, everything was very good.
