At first the service seemed reliable, but then I bought the product, it was quite the opposite. I'm still waiting for a response after I told them I wasn't satisfied, but they don't answer my call. Satisfied customers are worth more than a sale. They are promoters who can recommend the product.

Well, in my opinion, Zeros Technologies has provided excellent service. I had a minor issue unrelated to the device itself; we simply ordered the wrong charger. Something happened to the laptop because of the incorrect charger, but we were able to exchange it for another one of the same model the same day. I'm the type of person who doesn't trust everyone, but the way they handled things, I think I'll always look to them for these kinds of transactions. Excellent!
