Unfortunetaly i had a bad experience in Isa Grupo. I was referred to this center by my dermatologist to do a microneedling procedure. I made an appointment for microneedling via whatsapp. I arrived at the center and they inform me that i needed an consultation with the doctor first, information that they didn t give to me beforehand. Once arrived in consultation room, the dr said i was in fact elegible for microneedling. They made me wait 1 hour to tell me that the procedure wasn t going to take place because of lack of material and that i needed to pay the consultation's fee anyways. Not once did they apologized for the lack of information about the protocol before the procedure, nor the time i waisted for my appointment to be canceled and for making me pay the consultation fee who didn t last 3 min without new recommendation from the dr. What a bad experience !

I've been coming back to this pharmacy for over a decade. Since the change in management, they've kept some of the staff and renovated many areas. They offer good service and prices in the higher range for both services and pharmacy products. They have parking, although limited, so they offer valet parking. They accept credit cards and issue receipts.
