I will never be going here again .. they asked for a deposit before appointment of 500 which is fine, and when I go the lady that did my lashes didn’t even seem to know what she was doing , she even said it herself when she finished that she didn’t think they would look good 🤨 she didn’t even wash her hands before starting . The lashes turned out okay but they aren’t worth 4,500 the most I pay for lashes are 1,500 or 2000 the most . They texted me apologizing today saying they over charged the 500 and said they would send it back but I think I should be getting more then 500 cause that is crazy . Not washing your hands before a client is nor sanitary who knows even if they clean their tools . I should of said something but I just made a face, paid & left . I even tipped out of kindness but never again.

This was the day after I got my eyelashes done. Besides the fact that they're completely falling out, my eye is infected. I mentioned several times that my eye hurt and was uncomfortable, and nobody paid any attention. The girl who attended to me seemed insecure and inexperienced. I lasted 3 hours, and in the end, another girl had to finish me.

The BEST without a doubt. I've been to three places in Santiago and was never satisfied, until I tried Iso and I've been hooked ever since.
