The designer at Italica Deco was so helpful and attentive to my design preferences and within my budget. I could not be happier. Delivered exactly as ordered on time by a staff of four delivery guys. Installed quickly and professionally. What I appreciate most was the great communication.

A premier furniture store in Punta Cana. Jaiser, their sales guy, is one of a kind…he is balanced, helpful and not your typical sales guy wanting to sell you everything in the store. He means well and works with you to get you what you want in line with your style. He is a super star. The delivery service is also exceptional. The delivery team was great, they were there on time, were clean and made sure everything was according to specification. Highly recommend this furniture store to those foreigners looking to furnish their place in the island.

I don’t think I’ll ever buy furniture elsewhere. Wildary provided the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. She is extremely attentive and pays attention to details. I nagged her for days with questions and endless requests, not once did she ever make me feel like I was bothering her. She’s very patient and provides incredible customer service. You get your moneys worth here for sure, from the moment I walked in the store all the way through delivery - she outdid herself. Thank you so much for the incredible service! As far as the furniture, I purchased a dining set, couch, 2 bedroom sets and an additional dresser. Everything is beautiful and looks very durable.
