I went in for a wash and set and asked for flat iron on top. Everything was going well up until I sat on the chair after the hair drier. The hair dresser began to remove the curly off the roots with the blower then proceeded with passing the flat iron in the entire hair. Here is the catch, the flat iron was not even hot enough to put my hair straight. Smh. Then after passing the flat iron, in which they charged me an additional $300 for, she passed the blower on my ends. I asked for a hair dubbi, hoping that my hair will end up good with that. The next day, after removing the dubbi, my hair was extremely frizzy (which it shouldn’t not have happened while wearing the dubbi) and my hair was also very wavy. I had to run to a local hair dresser and asked her to flat iron my hair (again) to correct the work that was done here. I can definitely say that the mistake was in the flat iron used, it wasn’t hot!! I’ve been two days since I retouched my hair, and my hair is not frizzy !! Is super straight and beautiful. After wasting $1,450DOP, I had to waste more elsewhere! Completely nonsense.
