Food was great, but the waiting is crazy. Nearly and hour and half to get my food.

I ordered through PedidosYa, and it was a terrible experience. The rice arrived soggy, undercooked, and salty—completely inedible. Furthermore, the dish pictured included potatoes/fries, but when I paid extra for rice, they simply removed the sides and left only chicken and rice, without informing me that it was a substitution. Poor quality and very unclear ordering. I do not recommend it.

Higüey, you need to have more supervision of the employee. I was there today, April 19th, between 5:20 and 5:33 pm. I saw my order finish, I saw others who ordered after me being called first, and the most frustrating thing was seeing him very relaxed, chatting amongst himself, and then calling me. It's shameful to see a business like this with such poor service.

Everything is fine, but they often run out of fried rice; they should check to make sure things don't lose quality.

I liked it; the tostones were very good. Teriyaki isn't my favorite food, but this was okay.
