Need to be renovated

The apartments are nice inside, but the maintenance is very neglected. The emergency stairs are completely destroyed, and while they sweep the common areas, they don't clean them; they're full of dust and the walls are dirty. The exterior paint is completely deteriorated; that's what disappointed me the most. It's a shame that people don't put any effort into improving the place where they live. It's a quiet place, but many things need to be improved.
