The wig's placement was very good, but the glue they used was poor quality. The next day it came off, and I paid 3,500 pesos plus a 500-peso tip to the person who put the wig on and 200 pesos to the one who did my braids. The girls did a good job, but the glue was rubbish. Also, it's true, the employees were talking about drinking and gossiping; I felt like I was in Capotillo's 42nd Street.

Just another salon. I was disappointed; perhaps my expectations were too high given the Instagram hype. It's a beautiful, gorgeous salon, but the staff, for the most part, leaves a lot to be desired. For a moment, I felt like I was at a Herrera cocktail bar and not at the salon. The music was too loud for a salon, and there was zero respect for the customers. It's a shame.

If you're going to get Brazilian or dot extensions, it's best to look somewhere else. They cut the extensions' hair first, after putting them in (which, if the person knows how to do it properly, isn't necessary). The hair was poorly placed; the person didn't take the time to position it correctly, which made it look like I had less hair—one length on one side and another length on the other. Even the other girl who usually blow-dries my hair pointed it out to me. Before, you couldn't even tell I had extensions, but after going there, the mismatch—leaving empty spaces on one side and overfilling on the other, plus cutting the hair when they tied it in—made the extensions noticeable from a distance. Otherwise, no complaints; the service from the girl in front was very attentive and great.
