Great service. Friendly and they go the extra mile. Once when covid started, I arrived after they closed. The manager was arriving to pickup some paperwork and offered to open up and get me my packages. I declined because uber was on the way but small acts like that, going the extra mile, are remembered by customers. Helps create a loyal customer base.

I've been using this courier service for years. The service is excellent, and I haven't had any problems with my packages so far. I love the new location in Bella Vista because the parking is convenient! 👏🏻👏🏻

Manager Dahaina and cashier Roy Cruz both provide terrible service. Dahaina is the worst manager I've ever seen. She doesn't know anything, she's always clueless, and she never helps with anything. In contrast, the staff and management at the Naco branch are excellent. Whenever Dahaina tells me something can't be done, I call the Naco branch, and they always resolve it immediately.

Jetpack, those guys are good. There's a young man who works in the office on Enriquequillo Ave. That's the real deal. Great service. I order everything through them. I worked with the owner for a long time, and he's very humble. Thank you very much.
