Jetpack Villa Mella provides excellent service. All packages arrive on time, and their delivery system is incredible. Since I started using their services, I haven't had to leave my house to pick up a package. Many times, they deliver the package the same day it arrives in the country, or at the latest, the next day. Their speed and efficiency are on another level. Thank you for making everything so easy and convenient!

I can't complain about the service; the customer service is excellent. The guys are very attentive and always answer my questions. As soon as the orders arrive in Miami, the app notifies me, and after that, it has an estimated delivery time of 3 days. I receive my orders at my doorstep, so I can't complain about that. The only issue is the weight of the orders. They should round up to help Jet Pack's loyal customers. Sometimes you place a generous order and then get charged a hefty price from Jet Pack. 😖 Sometimes I get something that weighs less than a pound, and they charge me for two. That's the only problem.

The best customer service I've ever received. The guy who always helps me is the best employee they could have. I think if they fire him, I'll switch to another courier. He's very attentive, always on time, always has my package ready without any waiting, and always answers any question I have with great patience, no matter how illogical or obscure it may be. And the price is affordable for everyone...
