



I recently flew with my family on JetBlue, and I wanted to take a moment to share a positive experience. It’s easy to focus on the negatives, but running an airline involves countless moving parts, and it’s important to acknowledge when things go right. Our flight was fantastic! Although I haven’t flown JetBlue much in the past, this trip left a great impression. Two of our carry-on bags didn’t fit in the overhead bins, but the staff kindly tagged them to go under the plane without any hassle. The seats were surprisingly roomy, the WiFi was free (I’m actually writing this review mid-flight!), and the flight attendants were incredibly kind and attentive. One particular moment stood out: my 10-year-old son wanted to buy earbuds for the in-flight entertainment and had saved up his own $10. When he learned they only accept cards, the stewardess went above and beyond and gave him a pair for free. That small act of kindness really resonated with us. On top of that, the bathrooms were larger than those on most other airlines—a detail that makes a big difference on a long flight. Overall, JetBlue exceeded our expectations. This was a great experience, and we will definitely choose JetBlue whenever our destination allows. Keep up the excellent work!
