Jhovanny Autogas is my go-to mechanic in Santiago, Dominican Republic. I have a Kia K5 with LPG, and this shop specializes in gas/natural gas vehicles, which already makes them hard to beat. I also bring my Honda CR-V here for oil changes, since they offer that service as well. The customer service here is excellent. They’re very attentive and always explain everything clearly before starting any work. They break down the costs, tell you exactly what needs to be done, and are very transparent—something that’s honestly rare with mechanics these days. While I was there, I watched how the owner and my mechanic, Alex, spoke to other customers. They’re honest, patient, and even give advice on how to save money. If something doesn’t need to be changed right away, they’ll tell you straight up instead of trying to upsell you. That level of honesty builds real trust. A few years ago, I had an issue with my Kia that multiple mechanics couldn’t figure out. I brought it here, and in less than 10 minutes, the problem was identified and fixed. That alone earned my loyalty. Honest, knowledgeable, transparent, and efficient—this place deserves every star.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best places for the installation and repair of vehicles with gas systems. I've been a customer for many years, and they truly are a team of highly committed professionals, and above all, very responsible with their work and the guarantee they provide, from Jovanny to his assistants. Anyerys, in particular, is an expert and does excellent work.

Excellent customer service. The staff were always attentive to the customer. As soon as I arrived, one of them approached me to ask what I needed, explained the process, and assigned an employee to inspect my vehicle. The employee followed hygiene protocols at all times. Overall, very good and fast service.
