Food is good but the lines and waiting time is crazy. Big blessings to this brother.
The spot
"I was waiting for two legs and one yaroa (a type of fish) at the time of this video. Both the guy and I had been waiting for our order for over an hour. The quality is good, and the quantity is good for the price. But @jimenezfoodtruck, even though you have a name, you have to respect the customer's time. You can't be recording videos and interrupting the work of your employees, who were even expressing their displeasure. Because that's one of the main problems: someone who goes for the first time with high hopes based on social media is very likely not to return... everything about social media is tough, and I've always admired its growth, which is why I came from my town to try it and support it, but it needs to improve a lot. Even with all the constructive comments I saw that referred to the same issue, and even though I mentally prepared myself for what I was getting into, I got desperate when I saw that hour had arrived. I was almost asking for a refund and leaving. Then, when the guys were finally able to start working, it didn't even take them 10 minutes to have my order ready." I was able to verify the comments about them skipping orders and not being organized... watch out for that..."
Honestly, it's more social media marketing than anything else. The food is 5 or 6 out of 10, but the service is terrible; they seem unmotivated and even after two days off.
The chimichurri was finger-licking good. Everything was delicious. The hot dog and the red meat chimichurri were also delicious and a good size. The atmosphere is nice because it's right next to the park; you can buy something and sit there relaxing. The service was a little slow, but they're very organized, and your receipt comes with your queue number. Everything is noticeably clean and hygienic. The juices were very good too.
