Fresh food - Excellent customer service I came to his restaurant today and ate the stewed goat, and acra. Everything was delicious and fresh. The only thing is, you will wait a while for your food to come. Other than that everything is excellent, and I will return. Also, at the end, the manager came over with the waitress to ask me if everything was satisfying. I really appreciated this kind gesture and think it’s an excellent step towards positive customer service. I hope they maintain this practice. I recommend this place..

Never had Haitian food before. Wow. That was amazing. Very clean and nice atmosphere and air conditioned. Get the Griot ak Pikliz (Fried pork with spicy pickled cabbage)

Joana Pikliz may not be the benchmark for Haitian restaurants in Santo Domingo, but it's one of the top 3. Honestly, I've been here many times, but not once have I been disappointed, despite the fact that each time I change my order, I'm always satisfied. The only point that doesn't work in their favor is that the space is really small, which isn't adequate when there are several customers at once. Another thing, one of the few things that caught my attention, was that the public toilet was really clean (unlike some Haitian restaurants in the area). Joana made the difference in this respect. I hope with all my heart that they will keep this standard.

Ms.Pikliz never disappoints I got the white rice, legume and black peas, the food was 10 out of 10 the service was 10 out of 10 and the customer service was 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this place, I ate the food and I wanted more. Spices are on point. I would always go back.
