Everything was spotless, and every day they left the room looking lovely with fresh towels—something many hotels have stopped doing. I loved it! It's a cozy and very clean hotel. It has hot water and good air conditioning. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us. It's about 40 minutes from Punta Cana, and we were able to go to the beaches. The staff helped us with arrangements and even found us some great tour options. Highly recommended!
