Loved It there. I ended up cancelling a rent with another store just to get BOTH of my wedding dresses from here at very fair prices. The owner is very hands on with her clients but also very sweet. She even waived one of the deposits for the dresses.

I had my birthday photos taken there, and I loved the variety of dresses—they were all beautiful. I needed the photos urgently, and they were so kind as to deliver them super fast. Excellent customer service. I recommend them without hesitation! 💯👍🏻

Their dresses are very pretty, they have a lot of variety, but they lack the most essential thing: quality customer service. I rented a dress, and to get measured, you have to pay a deposit; you can't get measured and then pay later. They took my measurements, and when I sent someone to pick up the dress, it was too big. The woman didn't tell me I had to pick it up in person, so I sent someone to get it because they don't offer delivery. Besides, if they had already taken my measurements, why did I have to go pick it up myself? She didn't tell me I had to return it the next day, but after so many problems, losing 500 pesos is the least of my worries.

Terrible customer service. To make sure you get the dress, you have to pay to try it on without any alterations. Even after trying it on, we couldn't decide and lost all the deposit money because of a supposed thread removal... something you wouldn't have to pay for at any other rental place.

Terrible customer service. They took forever to deliver the photos (over two months), they didn't send the photos from the link without watermarks, and after waiting so long for the album, it arrived with duplicate photos. They didn't include the photos I requested, and the frame doesn't even have glass... And these are just a few of the problems we had.
