2001 lexus is300 (P0753) defective solenoid coil replaced inner coil with another comparable coil. Works like new.
This place is a complete and utter disaster. I took my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a transmission seal replacement, and I ended up practically buying the same transmission again. Even so, during the test they performed, they didn't notice the vehicle was overheating and drove it so hard that it blew the head gasket and warped it. Now I have to take it to another shop to fix something that wasn't even a problem. They're washing their hands of it.
I went to this workshop on a friend's recommendation. Personally, I didn't like the service. They only tell you the repair cost after they remove the transmission, and then, once it's removed, they say that if you want it reinstalled, you have to pay for the removal, charging 10,000 pesos for reinstallation. The prices are extremely high, the service is terrible, and I'm completely disappointed. I don't recommend it.
I'm glad they resolved it. For me, it was the worst experience. I think they hired an inexperienced, if not a complete piper, but thanks, Jorge. They installed the transfer case without the gasket, disconnected the power buster hose, hammered the oil line in, and more.
I had my vehicle's transmission repaired, and apparently, after the repair, it had electrical problems. We're currently having it resolved at ENGELS ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKSHOP to see if the mechanical repair was successful. We had it repaired on May 7, 2021, but due to various issues with the transmission and other parts, we haven't received final confirmation of the work done on my vehicle.
