They're irresponsible. They promise to deliver your class ring one day and then never deliver. I had to go to my graduation and take my photos without the ring, and I also had to go pick it up in Santo Domingo, even though I had it made in Santiago. They should be more responsible. Learn from Brador, that's a real jewelry store.

I don't recommend them. In my case, I paid in full upfront for a ring to be delivered in 45 days, and it's been three months and I still haven't seen it. They always make excuses, but the product never arrives.

Terrible service, it took them almost three months to deliver the ring, supposedly because there is only one factory for many stores, a really disappointing experience, although the final product was fine.

It's the worst jewelry store ever. They're irresponsible and take advantage of students. You order your ring and they give you a million excuses not to deliver it on time. Graduation day arrives and they still haven't delivered it.
