They're very efficient at selling, but not at honoring their warranty. I went in because my graduation ring was damaged, and all they did was mask it with a poorly applied paint job, as you can see in the photo. When I commented on how the ring looked, they told me that's how it came, and they refused to fix either the paint job they'd done or the damage I'd initially come in for. The service was unfriendly. If you have the chance to go to a reputable place, take it, because this confirms that "you get what you pay for."

I bought a Monaco knitted sash here, and Daniela gave me excellent service. She gave me a great discount and was very helpful. She offered a one-year warranty and explained everything about my garment. They also made it easy for me to exchange my sash for a larger size. I can come back within the first two months and bring the sash I bought, and they'll take it back at the same price I paid, as long as it's in good condition. I would only pay the difference for the other sash I choose. It's a good investment to do business here. The price shown in the photo wasn't the final price; they gave me a discount.
