Excellent service, the customer service is top-notch both in person and via WhatsApp. I've made purchases and even had pieces fixed with them, and so far, no complaints. I'd also like to highlight the fact that they return the gold parts when you request a smaller piece. I've had experience with other jewelry stores where they don't return those parts. They accept Amex payments 💳, and you can even get a discount.
