In the end I gave up. One thing is sure: I'll take my watches for repair somewhere else.

Awful. The cashier on Wednesday at 7:20 PM provided terrible service. I went in asking about a ring, and she treated me rudely and abruptly, prioritizing another customer even though I was about to make a purchase. I do not recommend shopping at this store.
