Terrible experience! They sold me a "gold" hip bone for 13,800 pesos that weighs only 1.6g, when it's actually worth 5,000 pesos—they charged me triple the price! A total rip-off!

For some reason, they charge double for any repair compared to anywhere else. Exorbitantly expensive. Answering your question, the first time I went to see how much it would cost to repair a rope chain, they quoted me a price that was double what another jewelry store in the same mall quoted me. On Saturday, I went because I have gold grills and they broke a little because I bit them. I went to your store and the gentleman told me it would be 5,500 pesos for a repair that didn't even look that bad. Then I went to another jewelry store in the same mall and they charged me 2,400. I really don't understand.

As always, excellent service. Especially Carlos, who always treats us wonderfully and with a smile. They also have a lot of experience in the jewelry field. My only problem has been with a ring I've taken in for repair about five times, and it always ends up being the same. I don't know why it gives them so much trouble. But other than that, superb.

I had a trio of gold wedding rings made for me at their branch in La Sirena de Villa Mella, but the workmanship was terrible. They refused to repair them, and the ring is even smaller than I ordered. Not to mention, the design wasn't what we agreed on.
