The service was awful, the waiter didn’t even know her menu or the items available, was upset for some reason… even when we were kind and smiled, she didn’t even make eye contact to acknowledge we were there, the food tasted good but the coffee was not good and we went there for the coffee, the last waiter was even worse, gave us attitude when we asked for the check and wasn’t even kind enough to bring back the change so we had to go to cashier and ask for our money back. We love to be generous when we leave tip, but the service was so bad we only left 10%, we were so dissatisfied, we didn’t even take pictures of anything.
Fairly good coffee at fair prices in this economy. The atmosphere is adequate, but I'm sure it will improve with time. It's a relatively recent venue. Staff is competent and helpful.
Nevado de Arequipe for the win!! The place is nice and cozy and I love their snacks, please try Pandebono is such a treat!!
Great service. Coffee was lacking but the Dominican breakfast was amazing.
The time was about 1:45 p.m. I ordered the Torta de Café. Place was nearly empty with about 4 patrons and maybe four others arrived later. It was 600+ pesos for a slice of cake with a can of Pellegrino soda. Waited and waited. Went to the counter to ask. They said they were heating it. I asked why? Cakes are not meant to be heated. Then all three or four of them (at the counter doing nothing) started whispering to each other. One took the cake out of the oven. It tasted like week-old cake, dry, and the frosting had a beige tinge. I left it on the table never to go back. Noise level: Very quiet.
