They made me go three times for nothing because there was always a problem with the machine or the schedules; they have the most mediocre and negligent staff. I don't know how they put people like that to work in public places. In the end, I had to go to Plaza Central, and the super friendly girl gave me my ID in less than 20 minutes.
I went to get a birth certificate and made it very clear that it was for passport purposes. They gave me a certificate of recognition of paternity. I went to two different service agents and neither of them was able to help me properly. Then they wanted me to pay for the certificate again. They don't know how to provide good customer service.
I went to get a duplicate ID card, since my old one was a very long time ago and I've already physically changed my ID, plus I wanted to update my signature. I asked if my photo came out okay because I blinked from the flash. The girl told me I didn't blink. Clearly, my eyes were half-open, but they didn't want to retake the photo because they only had 20 minutes left before closing time. The service was very informal, with instructions like, "Put your finger in, sit there," "Have a good time." The girl taking the photo was facing me... Anyway, like they told me there, I'll go back to get my ID card replaced when the government deigns to issue the new one that the whole country has expired, but obviously not at Sambil because of that unprofessional staff. Zero dedication.
