I went a day after the agreed-upon date, and the clothes were still in the same bag I'd handed them in. They told me to leave them and come back later. I went back, and they told me they'd sorted it out and to come back the next day. Two weeks later, I took the clothes back and went to pick them up on the day they were supposed to be ready. They hadn't done anything. They told me they were very busy and that I should leave them and come back later. They never even looked at my ID badge.
I went for the first time to have a piece of clothing ironed, and from the moment I got to the counter, the young women taking the order were rude. Then, a few days later, I called (happy because, seeing the name of the person who billed me and the person who answered, I understood they were going to provide a different service) to inquire about a concern regarding the order number, since the abbreviation said LAV and the product was for ironing. The person on the phone rudely indicated that the price should tell me what it was going to be done. As a customer, I don't know the prices for each service. If they use an abbreviation, you as a customer can understand that's what they're going to do. My insistence on knowing the meaning was simply so they wouldn't perform the wrong process on the garment I brought. As human beings, they could have been confused when it came to issuing the bill, or at least I saw it from that perspective. I just wanted an answer, not to be treated in a rude manner.
There was a problem with a curtain; I paid 9800 and it was delivered to someone else, and then when it was returned to me the next day, it was all wrinkled.
They damaged my suit, and when I went to complain, they blamed me. I told them to check the security cameras, and they said the recordings had been deleted. They lost me as a customer, and they didn't care; they just made excuses.
