They took the necessary time to define my hair with the right blend for my curl type. I already have an appointment scheduled for another visit.

I found Kacco's afro beauty salon on Google and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews and let me tell you! It was the right choice! Alexandra is extremely professional, punctual and attentive to her clientele's every need. It truly felt like a personalized experience. First of all, she didn't book other people (even when she literally had the opportunity to do so) at the same time as me, so I literally had the salon privatized. She took her time with me, didn't rush the process one bit and defined my curls literally one by one (which probably doesn't say a lot to strangers in a Google review, but I promise you, such an endeavor is NOT for the weak, because my hair has an extremely high density, meaning I have A LOT of hair) after shampoing and deep conditioning my hair. It probably took her 2 hours (if not more) JUST to define my curls. All in all, I arrived at 9am and left her salon around 1:30pm (or maybe 2pm). I do not live in the DR, but whenever I will be back, she will be the one taking care of my hair and no one else. 5 star experience. Thank you Alexandra!

My experience has been amazing! I go every week and in just one month my hair is so much better. I love my hair more with every appointment. And the customer service is simply spectacular! (The photos are a before and after that I absolutely love ❤️)
