Loved everything! Excellent costumer and quality service! My dog who is usually stressed by going to vets, was extremely happy! 100% recommended!
Good for Day Care.
My dog loves going; every time I take him for a walk, he stands next to the car so I'll take him.
The worst treatment my pet has ever received. A small, super calm 13-year-old dog (they put a muzzle on him to draw blood) and wouldn't let me in with him. On top of everything, it took them almost four months to give me the results of a serological test that was supposed to be delivered within 45 days (it cost 15,000 pesos). The doctor (Barbara Ségens) who prepared everything wrote the wrong name on the document, and even after three months they wrote back saying there was no need to change the incorrect name on the document (I had it changed anyway, which is why it took even longer). Now, six months later, the error and negligence of that veterinarian is causing me problems with emigrating to Japan with my 13-year-old pet. Also, while I was there, the front door was damaged and a dog escaped. One of the men who bathed the dogs was shouting that he wasn't going to lay a hand on that "damned dog" and that they should call its owner to come and pick it up.
I had my pets at the daycare for 25 days, and when they returned them, one of them had a scratch-like injury on his head, eyelids, eye, and the lower part of his right side. I noticed it on the way home; I live two hours from Santo Domingo, and it was a Saturday, so I couldn't go back. They never checked him, nor did they ever inform me about any fights with other dogs or cats, or even worse, any obsessive behavior, as they later claimed. They returned them without any report, and the veterinarians didn't even examine them. It seems to me that it's just a business for them, and they have no real vocation! Their solution was that I had to take them back to the same place where they didn't receive the attention they deserved. Obviously, we didn't go back. I'm completely disappointed and regretful because I'll never really know what happened to him.
