Nasty, attitudes, poor quality. Manager was on her cellphone making food, hot wings were cold, and I asked for fresh. They told me no. So I left. Customer lost. Bye. 1pm. After reading the reviews it's clear the owner doesn't give a crap. I saw so many things going on in there that I didn't even mention from unsanitary practices, rudeness, discrimination, and etc. Pull up the cameras and watch. I was there approximately 10+ minutes and I left without even buying anything because of all of these factors. I asked for Fresh chicken because at the other location I was gave terrible quality, she gave me a sample because she said the wings were just put out, I tried it and I can tell they had been out at least 1-2 hours. They were dry. I was even willing to pay extra just to get some Fresh food. They told me they couldn't, so I left and went somewhere else. You will keep losing business if you keep hiring low talent employees like this. Take this from a business owner myself as I own several successful restaurants. Sad.

After many days in the resort we got fed up of the food and we want a fried chicken so we decided to go KCF in punta Cana. The atmosphere is good and staff are friendly but the fried chicken is dry and the fries are not freshly fried. That's too bad going and back from the resort is 30 US dollars plus tips

I rated 1 star, being that it wasnt and option to leave it unrated! Well my family had an awful food experience customer service sucks and not well hygiened. Employees like to talk over the food. They would take french fries in eat thw food not on a break as there working behide the counter!! They don't wash their hands frequently and don't use different tongs to maneuver the foods. Most of the time they dont use hairnet employees dont stop play with there hair over foods, and have attitudes such as rounding there eyes and talking as if the customers is at fault that there displeased with there employment. They would drop a boxs from at the floor and will use it to service food to the customers. There always very rude & loud!! No respect with there words in front of children aswell. One there thing on the combo is always something cold. If its not the fries is the chicken!

The service is awful!! We order a mega deal and they only give us a the chicken sandwich and the bucket We ask for the remaining food and they give us attitude. We ask for our drink and they only give us 2/4 so I’m standing there and with a BAD attitude she ask what am I waiting for. I tell her the the remaining drinks me she argues with me that she gave me them. I explained we’re still missing two and after 5 minutes she finally gives me the drinks. The chicken was dry and hard. If I could I would give this place 0 stars

Horrible experience with the food....with the little that I recieved from my paid order.... It was cold, I ordered the Wow Box Krunchy Combo with side mashed potatoes) I'm surprised that there was even a piece of chicken in the box, since the Chicken Burger was made with NO chicken 🤯I can't make this up..... it was also made with two top buns rather than a top and bottom bun...... I just can't believe the laziness or not even a care, to wrap and package up a CHICKEN BURGER from a chicken restaurant WITHOUT THE CHICKEN is unbelievable...I also asked for side buffalo ranch and extra side of mashed potatoes and didn't receive either, the side of gravy was a joke..the tiny container was barely a 1/4 way full.... I would honestly never eat at this KFC again.
