We bought a pair of Nike Dunk High sneakers. The shoes turned out to be of terrible quality, with loose threads, and they didn't fit the shape of our feet at all. They wanted to issue a refund, but then they found the problem in the footprints of the socks we had worn inside the shoes before purchase. The shoes were only worn at home, contrary to what the store claimed. You'll have to contact consumer protection.

I don't like the service here. We bought some shoes here for almost 10,000 pesos and we've had nothing but problems. They don't fulfill their obligation to exchange poor-quality shoes for new ones. Before buying shoes here, think very carefully, please! There's no quality and no good service! You're wasting your time for such great prices. 👌
