First I requested a 5-day golfcart rental with Eco, which has many great reviews. So I think it likely that what I experienced as Eco's huge flopping failure in this matter was just a one-off on a bad day. They gave me some very disheartening customer service on the phone—not only insensitive but also garbled, distorted, as though speaking from a mysterious faraway land on a toddler's wet walkie-talkie. In that same minute I called KleverWheels. He was instantly professional, clear, genial and efficient. Securely processed payment and brought that flashy golfcart TO our villa in about an hour. Really just the best service! I obsess over these vehicles as a lifelong hobby, and on 23 May of this year I became forty years old. This makes me an expert, and boy howdy, in all my life was this the most luxurious golfcart by far—mood lighting, Bluetooth music, big storage, big beeps, smooth handling, all digital everything, faster speeds, and seatbelts! So glamorous, my hair blowing in the wind, I felt like Beyonce whilst zooming past her actual house over in Punta Minítas, merrily waving from the road as we whizzed by. It was only AFTER this easy & pleasant rental transaction, my family already joyriding back to Playa Minítas, only THEN did I get a return call from Eco to say they actually had a golfcart available after all. No thanks; we're good! My highest exalted recommendations and benedictions for KleverWheels, and my advice to you: do business with this business. Wonderful people. Top tier quality in all areas both material and metaphysical.

Great experience! We had a very unpleasant experience with Eco, who cancelled our reservation because we filled out something incorrect in the form and never let us know. We contacted KleverWheels and within an hour they delivered our golf carts. They were in excellent condition and the service was amazing. Will definitely book with them my next time in Casa de Campo!

We travelled to LaRomana for a 6th time this year. Rented 3 carts for 2 weeks through KleverWheels in Casa de Campo and couldn’t be happier with result. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Carts (brand new) were delivered and waiting for us upon our arrival. The carts are great looking, reliable and super easy to operate and charge. A small issue had come up with a glitch in one of the carts, the company responded immediately and without any interference to our vacation. Best carts in the resort for rent as far as our family is concerned. Carts are plenty fast enough and will go all day on a full charge.

We rented two golf carts for our stay at Casa De Campo. The golf carts were brand new and beautiful. Multiple people stopped us, commenting how nice the golf carts were compared to others on property. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. The golf carts were waiting on us when we arrived to our villa. We will be renting from KleverWheels again!! Highly recommend!
