Small, but very clean and well organized market with all the basics you need for your Korean cooking, including things that are hard to find in other places in Santo Domingo. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant, too. We were very happy with our visit, and we will definitely be back.
This is a nice shop. It's small so not too much variety and the staff weren't very helpful. Good sized frozen section. The canned kimchi is yummy and banana chips. Also picked up a couple Korean face masks.
They have a nice variety of products. They have a kimchi that’s mild in spice but delicious. You can find soju and rice wine and berry wine. Seaweeds, diferente drinks and sweets and of course cup noodles and ramen. I took some pictures of a few things we bought the first time we went.
Great place to buy Korean food. This is a market not a restaurant. You can buy kimchi (is better than any kimchi that I have try to make) OR you can buy most of the ingredients to make one (not the cabbage). I love to buy seasoned seeweed and sweet potatoes chips too. IT does have a downside, the cashier is slow or at least the system that they use always have some issue: the do not give you your receipt, sometimes they dont find a Product in the system. All that makes the paying process long and a pain...
All things Korean! Food and drinks!
